We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Please read the following information carefully to understand the process and guidelines for returns and exchanges.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Unused and Unopened: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the fragrance must be in its original, unused, and unopened condition. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened or used, as we prioritise the safety and satisfaction of all our customers.

- Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as the original order confirmation or receipt, to initiate a return or exchange. This helps us verify the purchase and ensure a smooth process for you.

Initiating a Return or Exchange:

1. Contact Customer Support: If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order. Kindly provide your order details and reason for the return or exchange.

2. Return Authorization: Our customer support team will guide you through the return or exchange process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package being returned.

3. Packaging and Shipping: Carefully package the product, ensuring it is well protected during transit. Include all original packaging, accessories, and any promotional items received with your order. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return or exchange is due to our error or a defective product.

4. Return Address: Ship the package to the designated return address provided by our customer support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and timely arrival of the returned product. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Processing of Returns and Exchanges:

1. Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above. If the product is deemed eligible for return or exchange, we will proceed with the process.

2. Refunds: If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it within 14 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. Exchanges: If you are eligible for an exchange, we will promptly ship the requested replacement product once we receive and inspect the returned item. Any price differences between the original and exchanged products will be handled accordingly.

Important Notes:

- Original Shipping Charges: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return or exchange is due to our error or a defective product.

- Damaged or Defective Products: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you, including any associated shipping costs.

- Final Sale and Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may be marked as final sale or non-returnable, such as sample-sized fragrances, promotional items, or products purchased during special sales or events. These items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or defective.

- Refunds on Gift Orders: If you received the product as a gift, we can issue a refund to the original purchaser or provide store credit for the same value.
