Shipping & Delivery

We strive to ensure your orders are delivered promptly and efficiently. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand the shipping process and estimated delivery times.

Shipping Carriers: We utilize reliable shipping carriers, including Royal Mail, DPD, UPS, and FedEx, to deliver your packages securely and on time.

Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom): For domestic orders within the United Kingdom, we offer a standard delivery service. Once your order is dispatched, you can expect your parcel to be delivered within 2-3 working days. This service includes online tracking, allowing you to stay updated on the progress of your delivery. Royal Mail will provide email notifications regarding your shipment.

Order Processing and Dispatch: Orders placed before 8 AM from Monday to Friday will be processed and shipped on the same working day. You can anticipate receiving your parcel within 2-3 working days (excluding holidays). However, please note that orders placed on a Friday (after 8 AM), Saturday, or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are made by Royal Mail or DPD from Monday to Saturday. Please ensure that someone is available at the provided shipping address to receive the package during these days.

Tracking Your Order: To track the progress of your shipment, enter the tracking number provided to you in the shipping confirmation email to receive real-time updates on the status of your order. You can track your order here: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/

Important Notes:

  • In the event of Royal Mail strikes, non-working times, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, we cannot guarantee precise delivery times. We appreciate your understanding and patience during such occurrences. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds for orders that have already been dispatched or are in transit until they are successfully delivered.
  • In the event of a lost or wrongfully delivered parcel, we will promptly resend your order.

Shipping Outside the United Kingdom: We also offer shipping services to destinations outside the United Kingdom, including Europe and Internationally.
